Legendary Lexington
Old Homes Tour
Tour five distinctive homes from the 1830s to the 1900s in historic Lexington, Missouri. Tour includes the several 19th Century homes, keep checking for more detailed information... Also included on the tour is the 1853 Anderson House at the Battle of Lexington State Historic Site. The Lexington Historical Museum will be open with admission free for tour ticket holders. Shuttle buses with guides leave from the Lexington Tourism Bureau, 927 Main St. to all stops except the Anderson House.

The Lexington Tourism Bureau will open at 9 am Saturday and 11 am Sunday for ticket sales. Buses leave starting 10 am Saturday and noon Sunday.

The Lexington Historical Museum
was built in 1848 as the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The Museum will be open free for tour ticket holders.

The Anderson House
This 1853 restored plantation home at the Battle of Lexington State historic site still bears scars from the battle. Admission to the Anderson House is free during the tour; however, buses will NOT run to the Anderson House.
