Welcome to Limrick Loft. William Limrick was a successful banker in 1840's-50's owning The Limrick Banking House. Due to his strong political views and being a southern sympathizer, he was arrested and banished from MO for disloyalty to the Union. He spent his exile in NY at NY Stock Exchange. After the war, he returned and reopened his bank. Today 817 Main houses Grit & Grace Boutique and Limrick Loft. This Historic Building located in the quiet town of Lexington MO is the perfect get away.

Cozy, Nostalgic House

4 guests • 2 bedrooms • 2 bed • 1 bath

Air BnB

2 bedroom home in Historic Civil War Town. This was my grandparent’s house, and has been in the family for almost 100 years. Much of the decor was theirs, and we haven’t updated a lot of it because of the memories it holds. If you’re ok with that, we know you will enjoy our cozy home away from home!

Historic
1-Bedroom Apt

This apartment is situated in historic Lexington's downtown commercial district. The 1860's era brick row building is located behind Lafayette County's 1847 Greek Revival Courthouse (which still has a 12-pound cannonball lodged in one of its columns from the 1861 battle).

Lexington is a History Nerd's paradise, including historic architecture, battlegrounds, and direct access to the Missouri River.
