The 2007
Vintage Homes Tour - September 8th & 9th
Five distinctive homes will be showcased during the upcoming Vintage Homes Tour slated for September 8th and 9th, and sponsored by the Lexington Tourism Commission. Thanks to the generosity of Abigail and Fred Tempel, Ben Wood and Armen Davis, Pat and Harry Hook, Bruce Burstert and Carl Wheat, and Ron and Pam Fuenfhausen, the ever-popular event will be guaranteed to please those in attendance
Ticket prices are $ 15.00 the day of the tour. That price includes bus transportation with informative tour guides. Beginning in August, they may be purchased in advance through local merchants or from the tourism office at 919 Franklin Ave. Advance tickets will be priced at only $12.00.
The proceeds raised by the Vintage Homes Tour are used to market and promote Lexington as a tourist destination. The Lexington Tourism Commission is funded largely through these efforts and the generosity of its membership in the form of annual dues.
