Annies B&B: This wood frame house is a center -hall walnut frame Greek revival with a sandstone foundation. William B. Waddell owned it in the 1840’s before he moved to a much grander house on South Street. After that it ended up in the hands of Robert Aull who sold it in 1860 for $1 to the Seminary next door.
